Model PB-G Barrier Bag Sealing Machine: A PB-G barrier sealer.
Standard features include:
- ¾" wide constant heat seal in one jaw with adjustable temperature to 550 °F. This meets the sealing needs many heavy barrier and mil spec bag materials.
- Seal lengths: 12"-48"
- Rotary switch controlled timer for seal with 0.25 second increments from 0 to 3.75. Cycle time starts when the foot switch is activated.
Options are available to customize each machine to specific applications:
- Stainless Steel Workshelf and bag support simplifies bag positioning by supporting product during processing.
- Teflon Jaw Cover to prevent materials from adhering to seal jaw.
